Preview: Series One ex-military Land Rover in Lichfield historic vehicles auction

AN ex-military Series One Land Rover joins the line-up of historic vehicles going under the hammer with Richard Winterton Auctioneers.

The July 27 Antique & Home Sale also features a 1972 Lotus Elan FHC Sprint, 1974 Innocenti Mini Cooper in red with a black roof and a 1967 MG MGB, all restored.

The 88 inch Land Rover entered service in 1956 and has had one owner since being decomissioned.

It goes under the hammer on Monday, July 27, starting at 9am.
