New timed auction: Star Wars, Pokémon TCG, Magic The Gathering cards, comics, autographs and prints in Tamworth Collectors Sale
A NEW timed auction featuring Star Wars collectables, Pokémon and Magic The Gathering cards, comics, celebrity autographs and prints is underway now.The Collectors Sale will be live until 10pm on Wednesday, August 21 and viewing takes place at The Tamworth Auction Rooms, 34-35 Church Street, B79 7BX, between 10am and 4pm on Tuesday, August 20.
All bidding is online only and lots include comics, books, prints and pictures, toys, Pokémon and Magic The Gathering cards and autographs.

Star Wars items include scaled replicas of lightsabers used in A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi by Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.There is a 10x8 colour photograph of Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia in Star Wars, signed by the late actor and another 10x8 colour photo of Darth Vader signed by both Dave Prowse - who portrayed the Sith lord physically - and James Earl Jones, who provided vader's menacing voice.
A limited edition Star Wars poster has autographs of Kenny Baker (R2-D2), Jeremy Bullock (Boba Fett) and Michael Sheard (Admiral Ozzel in The Empire Strikes Back).
The signed photograph of Carrie Fisher as Leia in Star Wars (Lot 130).Other signed photographs include Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Jack Nicholson, Harrison Ford, Clint Eastwood, Christopher Lee, Sean Connery, Charles Bronson, Raquel Welch, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, John Wayne, Marlene Dietrich, Tony Curtis, Burt Reynolds and Jim Carrey.
Further film autograghs include Pierce Brosnan, Famke Janssen and Izabella Scorupco (GoldenEye), Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta (Grease), Tom Hanks and Matt Damon (Saving Private Ryan), Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith (Men In Black) and Robert Redford and Paul Newman (The Sting).
There are signed photos of Star Trek actors including William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy and DeForest Kelley, The X Files stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny and Buffy The Vampire Slayer actors Sarah Michelle Geller and Anthony Head.
Signed photographs are accompanied by certificates; viewing is advised and customers must satisfy themselves as to the authenticity of the autographs and certificates provided.

The sale also features a huge number of Magic The Gathering cards including a complete Seventh Edition foil set, complete Mercadian Masques foil set, complete Odyssey foil set and a complete Modern Masters foil set.
