RICHARD Winterton Auctioneers' sale on Tuesday, May 6, includes a superb selection of ceramics.
Starting at 10.30am at The Lichfield Auction Centre, we’re excited to offer a fantastic collection of 18th, 19th and 20th century Wedgwood black basalt, featuring busts, figures, teapots, vases, candlesticks and wall plaques.
Pictured is a 19th century bust of Mercury, guided at £1,600 to £2,000.
The single owner collection also features a Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre vase.
Other ceramic treasures in the auction include a large selection of Worcester pieces consigned by a number of clients.
