Gold Rolex watches in timepiece auction - still time to consign in Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield

Auction on Monday 3rd March includes Rolex Submariner 16618

HERE'S a sneak peak at Richard Winterton Auctioneers' sale on March 3, which has a focus on timepieces.

These two 18ct yellow gold Rolex watches were both consigned following a valuation at The Auction Café.

They are a Rolex Submariner reference 16618 with blue dial and bezel on an Oyster bracelet and a Lady Datejust with a lilac dial featuring raised Roman numerals on a President bracelet.

There’s still time to consign your watch for this auction and a free valuation event in Sutton Coldfield on Wednesday, February 12, is the perfect opportunity.

Richard Winterton Auctioneers will be at The Trinity Centre, Church Hill, Mill Street, B72 1TF, from 10am-2pm for a special valuation event for timepieces and jewellery.

Watch specialist Ben Winterton will be appraising all types of timepieces from antique and vintage to modern, including military issue watches, sports watches, formal and dress timepieces and pocket watches.

He will be joined by Midlands jewellery valuer Georgina Southam FIRV FGA DGA BA (Hons) assessing fine, antique, vintage and modern jewellery, gold and gemstones.

Items consigned on the day will then go into the special sale featuring a large selection of watches and jewellery at The Lichfield Auction Centre on Monday, March 3.
